Happy Father's Day

Oh no, they've started wrestling already!  Winston is getting pretty good at grabbing whatever is in front of him.  I've started wearing a ponytail every day since he loves to grab my hair when he can.  And I think Whit will think twice about putting his ears within grabbing distance.  Ouch!

This is Winston's newest smile.  He does it all the time and I find it hilarious.

Just lounging around, what he does best :)

I laugh every time I look at this!  His expression and the fact that he won't look at me made for a very funny picture.  We got him all ready and went swimming at our pool.  It was super crowded though, and way windy, so we didn't stay for very long.  I got cold!  And then Winston had a runny nose the next day--I think we made him sick by being outside in a wet swimsuit with such strong wind.  Yuck!  Lesson learned, no swimming when it's windy :)

So cute, even with a runny nose :)

On Saturday it was my mom's birthday.  To celebrate, she came up with my dad, brother Dallin, and sister Kira.  We went for a bike ride along the Jordan River Parkway.  We started out at 106th South, and went as far south as the trail did.  When we got to the end, we recognized it as a little park we pass on our temple to temple run!  It was fun to explore the trail and find out how far it goes.  It was hot though!!!

Then we came back to our place, after eating lunch of course, and my sister made a delicious birthday cheesecake.

 Winston and Grandma C :)

 Kira's beautiful and delicious creation.

Then we played a rousing game of blokus, followed by several games of boggle on our phones :)  Then my family left and Whit and I were so tired, we just vegged out with Winston for the rest of the day!

Sunday morning I made Whit biscuits and gravy, his favorite.  Then we went to our ward at the new time, 11:00!  That is the best time for church ever :)  Our ward split a couple of weeks ago, so now our ward is much smaller (385 people as opposed to 700).  It been really fun to see everyone's enthusiasm about the changes.  And we're excited too, Whit got called to be the Young Men's President!  He's going to do an awesome job :)

Whit's the best dad ever!  Winston and I are so grateful for all he does for us!  Love you Whit!  :)
